1. General Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be requested in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation requests are effective only after written
confirmation from Travel Infinitude Holidays.
2. Flight Bookings
Flight tickets are subject to airline fare rules. Some tickets may be non-refundable. Airline cancellation charges and service
fees will be deducted. Refunds may take 7–30 working days.
3. Hotel Bookings
Hotel cancellation charges depend on hotel policy and season. Cancellations closer to the check-in date may attract 50–100%
charges.
4. Holiday Packages
Package cancellations may attract charges ranging from 10% to 100% depending on the date of cancellation and supplier
policies.
5. Cruises
Cruise bookings follow strict cruise-line policies and are mostly non-refundable or highly restrictive.
6. Visa Services
Visa fees, embassy charges, and service fees are non-refundable, irrespective of visa outcome.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment only. Service fees and gateway charges are
non-refundable.
8. Amendments
Any date change or modification is subject to availability and additional charges.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or unforeseen
events.
10. Acceptance
By booking with Travel Infinitude Holidays, you confirm acceptance of this policy.
